14 Speed & Strength Sessions (Semi-Private 8 athletes)
Athletes must coordinate their schedule with Coach LoChiatto.
Many of your athletes do Olympic strength training as well. Strength training will occur at the hour immediately following your speed sessions. Don't hesitate to call or email with any questions.
