NSSA offers 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor sports performance training. Athletes will use a massive variety of state of the art sports performance training equipment to obtain their athletic goals. Some of these items include: VERTIMAX® Machines, Viper® Cords, Optimum Plus, Powerslide, Russian Box, Sidewinders, Power Bands, Speed Ladders and Hurdles, Chains, Ropes, Stability Balls, Med Balls, Speed Sleds, Tires, Chains, Battle Ropes, Olympic Weight Room and more. The conjugate method of speed and strength training is implemented daily to ensure our athletes continue to grow and succeed. NSSA’s semi-private and private class sizes enables our trainers to consistently evaluate and challenge athletes to ensure continued athletic improvement. As you will soon discover, the NSSA training experience is second to none.

 

NSSA SPEED & STRENGTH TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

Speed 10 yrs and over. Strength 13 yrs and over.

• High School & College Showcase/Combine preparation available.

• Recruiting Videos Available: NSSA will produce a highlight video of the athlete’s sports performance training. This video will focus on both speed and weight room elements that gives your athlete the advantage over the competition.

The National Speed & Strength Academy has become one of the premier sports performance training facilities in Western Pennsylvania, developing over 250 professional, Division I & II scholarship athletes. Our programs are scientifically designed to give our athletes the opportunity to gain a competitive edge through private, and semi-private (six athletes or less), year-round sports performance training. NSSA’s elite trainers have established themselves as some of the finest in the industry. All private and semiprivate speed and strength classes are age and skill appropriate. It is time to experience NSSA and take your game to the next level.
